Hanga Roa Hospital

Hanga Roa Hospital

Rapa Nui has a hospital that offers health care to residents and tourists. The Hospital of Hanga Roa does not have the funding of a larger hospital center, so while it is well equipped to provide basic health care it does not have highly specialized equipment available. If more specific or urgent care is required or patients have serious injuries, they should be flown to Santiago, Chile by plane.
